We loved the shared balcony and the location

First, good luck finding the entrance. It's a hole in the wall with a small sign (about 10" wide) above the door. There is no lobby, just a side room off a long hallway with some chairs and a coffee maker. There is no staff, not a soul in the place. It's key-code entry like a VRBO, which is sent to you minutes before check-in. Once in, the carpets were ancient, worn, and brown. The railing on the stairs (no elevator) was grungy, and the doors to every room looked like you were walking into a closet. Find your room number and key code into that too, then walk into a tiny sitting area so narrow you can touch opposing walls simultaneously. From that area there are three doors- bedroom 1, bedroom 2, and bathroom. Both bedrooms had a queen bed which were comfortable and a dresser, and that's about all the furniture that could fit. Tiny. But here's the thing- None of the rooms had windows. It was an interior windowless suite. I'm sure there's a fire code problem there. The bathroom was nice enough, though the sink was so small the only place to put your tooth paste down while you brushed was on the toilet. It was very quiet though. Got a good nights sleep. Parking was plentiful and convenient in the rear. Location was superb for walking downtown.

Nice up to date, modern place. Great location in town.Host was very prompt answering questions we had.

The room was just perfect for what we needed. It was centrally located to shopping and dining. We were able to walk everywhere and didn’t have to drive around. Laurel is a cute little town. Would love to come back again in the future.
